It's time to move Portland forward.
Portland is a great city because we've never settled for the status quo. Unfortunately, at a time when so many of our neighbors are struggling, our city government seems to be stumbling when we need it most.
As your City Commissioner, you can count on me to reestablish those progressive priorities that made us the envy of the nation: good jobs, environmental leadership, smart transportation, compassion for our neighbors and clean government free of special interest deals.
If you believe it's time for a positive change for city government, please join my campaign, invite your friends to get involved and vote by May 18th.

A Night with Portland Fire and Rescue
I’m meeting with the Portland Fire Fighters Association this week. Last week as I approached this opportunity, I wondered how I might get to know the job of the firefighter a little bit better. On Friday, I wondered it aloud and asked if there were something like a ride along with police. Indeed there is and I spent much of last night at Fire Station Number 7 on SE 122nd and Market, one of the busiest in Portland.
The campaign office is open at 1512 SE 7th Ave. Please plan to join us for an office opening party on next Monday, March 8th from 5:30-7.
